Is it realistic to ask mentees to commit to a 3-hour meeting timeframe?

In the present day and age, where people have so many commitments, scheduling and timing can be the easiest reason for potential mentees to not join a mentoring group.

We actually think asking for three hours once a month is a much more reasonable ask than one or two hours every week or two weeks. Most potential mentees will be drawn to this model and appreciate how it respects their time.
