What is the biggest difference between the 10-month plan and the 12-month plan?

The only difference between the two plans is that there are two fewer topics covered in the 10-month plan. It’s not the same same number of topics squeezed into a shorter time frame.

The launch process is identical for both season lengths, although many who do 10-months launch in the fall, while most 12-month launches take place in January. For most churches and groups, it’s just a matter of determining which makes the most sense for them.

I have been asked by my church to lead a Radical Mentoring program, but I have not been supplied with any thing showing the curriculum. I completed the program approximately 8 years ago and at that time my mentor had a manual that he used to direct the meetings. Is that still available and if so where do I get that resource? Thanks.
