Absolutely. Radical Mentoring isn’t meant to take away from or replace small groups. Instead, we want it to enhance those groups. Mentees will come back from their mentoring groups and hopefully raise the level of intentionality and vulnerability in their small groups.
Radical Mentoring groups require a time commitment, but since groups only meet once a month (as opposed to the typically weekly/biweekly small group), and the schedules are set at the beginning of the season, it shouldn’t create conflict with current small groups.
